Experienced Native Food Vendors

The Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA) is looking for Native food vendors for the 91th Annual Santa Fe Indian Market. SWAIA is inviting all Native vendors who have experience in preparing a full menu of Native foods to apply to complement the overall Indian Market show. This is a unique opportunity that has the potential to reach over 100,000 people who visit the Santa Fe Indian Market.

Food vendor guidelines are available for download here: Vendor Rules 2011. Interested vendors must be of Native American descent.

The vendor's responsibilities include set-up and operation of the booth during Indian Market on Saturday, August 18 from 7am to 5pm and Sunday, August 19 from 8am to 5 pm.

Food vendors will have access to a 10'x20' tent on Marcy Street. All appropriate city and state food guidelines apply to all vendors accepted into the Santa Fe Indian Market.

SWAIA will promote the Native foods area on the official Indian Market booth locator map, which is distributed at each entry point of the market.

Experienced Pre-packaged Snack Food Vendors

The Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA) is looking for pre-packaged snack food vendors for the 91th Annual Santa Fe Indian Market. SWAIA is inviting proposals from experienced vendors to provide snack foods to complement Indian Market's larger food booths. This is a profit sharing opportunity that has the potential to reach over 100,000 people who visit the Santa Fe Indian Market, and is a great fund-raising opportunity for non-profit organizations.

The vendor's responsibilities include set-up, displaying of products, promotions and operation of a snack booth during Indian Market on Saturday, August 18 from 7am to 5pm and Sunday, August 19, from 8am to 5pm.

SWAIA will provide a 10 x 10 Booth prominently located on the Santa Fe Plaza. The booth will include basic tables and chairs. Electricity will be provided, however no cooking will be allowed. The vendor may provide a variety of snack foods.

SWAIA will promote the snack area on the official Indian Market booth locator map, which is distributed at each entry point of the market.
