Prepared Food Vendors
Attention Experienced Prepared Food Vendors
The Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA) is looking for pre-packaged snack food vendors for the 90th Annual Santa Fe Indian Market. SWAIA is inviting proposals from experienced vendors to provide snack foods to compliment Indian Market's larger food booths. This is a profit sharing opportunity that has the potential to reach over 100,000 people who visit the Santa Fe Indian Market, and is a great fund-raising opportunity for non-profit organizations.
Snack booth vendor guidelines are available for download at here: Vendor Rules 2011. Interested vendors need to submit written proposal to Paula Rivera, SWAIA by 5 p.m., April 29, 2011. The vendor's responsibilities include set-up, displaying of products, promotions and operation of a snack booth during Indian Market on Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21 from 7am to 5 pm.
SWAIA will provide a 10 x 10 Booth prominently located on the Santa Fe Plaza. The booth will include basic tables and chairs. Electricity will be provided, however no cooking will be allowed. The vendor may provide a variety of snack foods.
SWAIA will promote the snack area on the official Indian Market booth locator map, which is distributed at each entry point of the market.
For complete information, please call Paula Rivera at (505) 983-5220, ext. 230, privera@swaia.org.
