I am an Oneida Artist from Wisconsin specializing in watercolors. I have worked with Native American subject matter and ideas for over thirty years.
My heritage is an important part of my work. I am a member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, a member of the Turtle Clan of that tribe. The turtle, therefore, figures in all of my paintings, either prominently or, in some cases, hidden, but always present. Its symbol, signifying long life and creation, has become my trademark.
With my husband, Keith, I moved to Santa Fe from Wisconsin in 2014 and have been enjoying living in the land of Enchantment.
