Believing that, “certain Native American primitive art forms deserve preservation”; it’s been my desire and life’s work to see that “forged in fire” jewelry pieces continue. By using an anvil, heavy hammers and fire, I produce jewelry pieces, like those produced in our historic past. Unfortunately, with the native style of “forging/smithing” becoming a rare art form and vanishing because of modernization, technology and advanced tools, it has been my work to see that does not occur.
