  • Winter Indian Market (WIM) is Santa Fe’s signature holiday art event and a leading destination to #BuyNative during the holiday season. Presented by the Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA), WIM will take place every year on the weekend after Thanksgiving, aligning with Small Business Saturday in November.

Santa Fe Indian Market features juried Native artists from across the country, representing a wide range of mediums including jewelry, pottery, textiles, painting, and sculpture. Designed as an intimate and welcoming experience, WIM offers visitors the opportunity to connect directly with artists, discover new voices, and purchase gifts rooted in cultural knowledge, artistic talent, and story.

More than a market, WIM is a festive winter weekend in Santa Fe, featuring live music, dance performances, food vendors, and a virtual silent auction—creating a space where art, community, and seasonal celebration come together.

Whether you are shopping for meaningful holiday gifts or looking to support Native artists and small businesses, Winter Indian Market invites you to make intentional choices and begin the holiday season with purpose.
