BE PART OF THE WORLD’S TOP NATIVE ART EVENTS

Experience the energy, excitement, and creativity of SWAIA up close by becoming a volunteer! From the bustling streets of Santa Fe Indian Market to the runway lights of SWAIA Native Fashion Week, volunteers are at the heart of the action. Whether you’re behind the scenes at exclusive events, helping coordinate major cultural moments, or guiding visitors through a world of Native art, your role is essential in bringing Native art to life.

What It’s Like to Volunteer at SWAIA

Volunteering with SWAIA means you will be playing a vital role in bringing world-class art events to life. Whether you’re assisting behind the scenes at Santa Fe Indian Market, coordinating runway magic at SWAIA Native Fashion Week, or helping visitors navigate Winter Indian Market, you’ll be immersed in the excitement, creativity, and connection that define SWAIA experiences.

Beyond event season, we offer year-round opportunities at our Santa Fe headquarters, where volunteers help with administrative support, outreach, and program coordination. If you're tech-savvy, we also have remote volunteer opportunities where you can assist artists in filling out applications, navigating digital platforms, and discovering new opportunities.

No matter where you are or how you contribute, volunteering with SWAIA means making a real impact, supporting Indigenous artists, and being part of an inspiring creative community.
