MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
Mary creates baskets using the double wall method of weaving Cherokee round reed baskets. She uses hand gathered honeysuckle vines and buckbrush vines to create her baskets and creates dyes from natural items like bloodroot and black walnuts, peach leaves, elderberries, blackberries to name a few.
