MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
I am a self taught artist and I paint by hand using acrylic paints. I taught myself to use an airbrush and I enjoy using it for shadowing. I am inspired by my extensive travels as I was growing up when I danced in a native dance troupe. Seeing all the different tribes and learning their traditions and seeing their home lands led me to draw and paint. I am captivated by the connection between the land and the flow of life which natives experience day to day. The simple almost mundane things are elevated to be very precious.
