MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
To create a pair of moccasins I use traditional brain tanned deer or elk hide with a buffalo raw hide sole. I use size 11 beads and sew them down with a “lazy” stitch. My designs are inspired by traditional patterns of the Great Plains Tribes while applying my own design and color sense.
