MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
Clay is harvested on Pueblo land and subsequently mixed with other natural sand to create consistency. Pieces are then hand-formed. Once dry, pieces are sanded and painted with natural slip. The following step is burnishing before being fired traditionally on Pueblo land.
