MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
My artwork is created using fused and slumped glass in my kiln. I cut up sheets of glass and place them together in pieces and layers within my kiln and melt them together creating one solid fused glass piece. Everything on my artwork, including the designs are glass melted together. Once the piece is fused together, I shape it by placing it on molds within my kiln and slump the fused glass into the shape of the mold. Occasionally, I will do other fused glass pieces that I drill and add beads and ribbons to.
