MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
Hand formed 3-dimensional pottery using processed native shale clay. Painted with Iron oxide, mixed with boiled bee weed plant juice , used for temper. White slip strained to clay form applied and burnished with polishing stone. Sand pigments strained to clay form and used for color.
