MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
Artist creates Santa Clara Pueblo style pottery. All pieces are hand-coiled using hand-dug clay from Santa Clara Pueblo. Pieces are hand-cut and carved, then sanded for smooth finish. Pieces are then painted with a red clay slip, then hand-burnished using smooth stones. All pieces are fired traditionally.
