MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
I gather the clay from my Pueblo area, and mix it with a volcanic ash temper which is also gathered from near my home area. Each pot is pinch pot formed. I stone polish by hand using a natural red clay slip. Pots are fired outside using a traditional firing process. The back pots are created by smothering the fire with dry horse manure.
