Monica Glasses

MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
Here I have a horse running with the sunset in the background. The wool that I used starting with black is Navajo-Churro sheep wool. The thin stripe yellow is dyed with Navajo tea which represents the clouds. The sunset color, named TEQUILA CREAM AND SUNSHINE CANYON are both oxidized hand dyed BURNHAM’S TRADING SHEEP WOOL. Bottom to top, I blended the colors from dark to light color sunset.
