MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
Much of Robert’s current work combines the historical imagery, authentic stories of the contemporary West & Arapaho Culture to create images that have a statement on the issues of today. Using a strong contrast in of painted acrylic lights and deep graphite darks, he carries on the Ledger Art Tradition in his mixed media work. By combining Airbrushed Acrylic and successive oil glazes Robert also paints in intense vibrant color, creating striking imagery that is confronting and engages the viewer.
