MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
Materials: Stretched Canvas and Oil Paint. Techniques: I used a paint brushed and oil paint to create my paintings. I hand carve the wood handle and inset the feathers and tack them in place using straight pins as nails. Snip the head of the pins off and fill the voids with Bondo. I then sand the handle smooth and cover the handle with deer hide, using fabric glue. I then bead the entire handle with 0/13 and or 0/15 glass seed beads and Nymo thread.
