MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
I freehand sketch my work in a drawing book to get precise measurements. I then take those measurements to a sheet of silver where I sketch the design onto the sheet. Then I cut the design out and overlay it on a 22 to 24 gauge of silver. I then solder the pieces together. If stones are needed I create from a rough piece of stone and make a cab or cut the stone for inlay. I then place the stone, oxidize the piece and finish with a high polish.
