TRIBAL AFFILIATION:
Ermineskin Cree Nation
BOOTH NUMBER:

MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
I do beadwork on different materials such as felt, smoked hides, and canvas. I specialize in the lazy stitch technique but i can also do flat stitch or the two needle method. I use different sizes of beads to create different projects. Each project requires different beads and beading techniques. I also do painting on parfleche and painting ledger pieces. I use acrylic paints in different colours. I like to try different colour combinations that match my mood or emotions. I like to include both of my traditional tribal designs into my work, its very important to utilize my family and tribal designs into my artwork. Using ethically sourced and locally sourced materials is also very important to me as an artist.
