MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
I'm a self taught artist. All the traditional dancer I draw and paint I had the honor of dancing. As a hunter we honor the animals we harvest by dancing them. I pencil sketch my image on a matt board and paint with a number 1-0000 paint brushes using watercolors. Harvest clay in the river bed and white sand in the hills. Sift and mix with water to a workable consistency. form plates and bowls and sand with fine sand paper. Paint with white slit, red rock paint and black natural paint. Outside fire using cotton wood bark.
