MATERIAL/TECHNIQUE:
The materials I use are stretched canvas, boards, paper and found objects. I use mainly acrylics, mixed media( sand, glass beads, sticks, stones.) I also use clay mounted on canvas or boards and painted with acrylics. I also use pencils, pastels, chalk or oils. Once in awhile I'll do watercolors or print making. The art pieces that I'm applying for is kiln fired clay pieces. These are all hand built, carved and painted with acrylic paints. They are fired at low fire in a kiln. After it's fired I go back and paint them with acrylics, add feathers, hanging wires, reed sticks and leather.
