- Included my SIGNED City of Santa Fe S.E.L.A. with CRS # for adult and youth artist. Your Application will be considered INCOMPLETE and you will not be able to participate if not included AND signed.
- Include a copy of your tribal enrollment number and documentation (ALL artists)
- Enclosed or emailed three images and artwork descriptions for EACH classification (ALL artists)
- Enclosed two additional images (Only for full-time collaborators in separate classifications)
